On Friday, May 30, former President William Jefferson Clinton made a campaign stop at USD to stump for his wife, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Area residents, nearly 400, crowded outside Old Main to hear Bill Clinton address the issues important to his wife's campaign, and urged South Dakota voters to support Hillary in the Democratic primary.

South Dakota, along with Montana, will hold the country's last two presidential primary elections on Tuesday, June 3.
